marijuana helps with asthma. It opens up the lungs. It was prescribed by doctors for asthma before the inhalers came around.
I had asthma and it’s completely gone now. Look it up, even today 16 million have medical rights to grow for their asthma.

Loads of fruit, veg and fish, and less meat. My father is an asthmatic, and my brother has allergies.

Exercise regularly, but don’t over do it. Swimming and cycling are good.

As a child, my mother use to rub vic on my chest and hand me a boiling pot of water and a towel and I would breath in the steam, but I still suffered. Fortunately I outgrew it but unfortunately my son who is now 9 has been plagued by it since he was a baby. My question is that back t hen I didn’t have the medications that are available now so why put yourself through all that suffering when there are medications out there that can now alleviate the symptoms in a matter of minutes. My son is on pulmichort daily and occassionally he uses an inhaler or when it is really bad he has a nebulizer. The Pulmichort isn’t that expensive if you have insurance and most insurance will cover the cost of the nebulizer as as far as inhalers they are fairly cheap.
